Practice Updates

Wow, it's been a while since I've updated my blog...I just wanted to let you all know what I have been up to. As I mentioned below, my practice has moved to the Bay Area! I am really excited to continue to offer webcam-based and in-person services out of my Pleasant Hill office. I practice from a trauma-informed and social-justice informed lens, with certification in EMDR. Other big news is that I am heading up Counseling and Psychological Services at a local university, Cal State Maritime Academy...so much of my work is focused on supporting college age students as they make huge life adjustments. It's very rewarding, and I really enjoy what I am doing. I haven't had time to do podcasting or writing, but I plan to get back into it. Working on developing lots of great programs for the students I work with. Loving the Bay Area. Thanks for following me here. Andrea :)
