I work with many clients in my practice who are working on connecting with that special someone through dating websites. Unfortunately, some encounter cyber-predators/trolls hiding under the guise of a false profile -- just a reminder for those who do utilize dating websites to take extra precautions and time to truly get to know your "match" in a safe neutral environment before investing more of your life energy into potentially a harmful dating situation. Cyber-predators and trolls also lurk about on forums and comment on blogs to extract narcissistic supply by attempting to elicit reactions (both positive and negative) from their virtual audience.
